PRIVACY POLICY

1. Mobile Service Agreement
209 Window Tint LLC is a fully mobile window tinting service. We travel to your designated location to perform services. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe, legal, and shaded work environment. We are not liable for citations or unsafe conditions at your location.

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to book all appointments. If a customer cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. If we arrive and the conditions are unsafe or you are unavailable, you may also forfeit the deposit and be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Imperfections Disclaimer
There is no such thing as a 100% perfect tint job. Minor contamination (dust, fibers, small particles) may occur despite best efforts. We operate in mobile environments and cannot guarantee studio-like conditions. We use professional products and techniques, but minor imperfections are industry-standard and do not qualify as defects.

4. Complaints & Public Reviews
If you have concerns, you are required to contact 209 Window Tint LLC directly. Public defamation, false claims, or negative reviews without giving us the opportunity to address your concern will be considered a breach of agreement. We stand behind our work and welcome honest, respectful communication—but online smear campaigns are not tolerated.

5. All Sales Are Final – No Exceptions
Once services are completed and payment is collected:
        •       There are no refunds
        •       No exchanges
        •       No exceptions
Inspect your vehicle before the technician leaves. Any issues must be addressed on the spot.

6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe work areas, inappropriate behavior, or lack of cooperation.

7. Legal Tint Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding their local and state tint laws. 209 Window Tint LLC is not liable for citations or removals due to non-compliant tint choices made by the customer.

8. Aftercare Instructions
        •       Do not roll windows down for 3–5 days
        •       Bubbles and haziness are normal during curing (2–3 weeks)
        •       Clean only with ammonia-free solutions and microfiber cloths

9. Final Sign-Off
Customers will be required to sign off at the end of the service, acknowledging that the vehicle was received in satisfactory condition. This signature confirms acceptance of the terms outlined above, by booking online and processing payment customer accepts our terms and conditions.
